I really liked this idea. When I want to do Play-station, go to my friends house, or sleep in, I find it so much more fulfilling to just read my Bible instead. Even when its not what I "want" to do, its so much more fulfilling than any of the above. If I only read a chapter or two, it still grows my desire for God, and causes me to think on Him. Which is what He wants.
